Information about the LGA Rule in regards to Withdrawals
Casino Club operates under licenses issued by the Lotteries and Gaming Authorities (LGA) in Malta.
Due to article 36 of the regulations set by LGA Malta, Casino Club must verify all of our customers that reach the accumulated amount* of 2300 euro in withdrawals.
(*If the sum of al the previous withdrawals, including the actual withdrawal, exceed the limit of 2.300 euro!)
36. A licensee shall not make a payment in excess of one thousand Maltese lira out of a player’s account to a player until the
player’s identity, age and place of residence have been verified.
For verification purposes, we therefore must request that you e-mail or fax us a copy of a valid proof of identification (for example, your passport or driving license) as well as an utility bill (not older than 3 month) that displays your name and billing address, as registered in your Casino Club account.
In order to avoid inconveniences, you can send us the necessary documentation at any point in time, thus avoiding extra waiting time if and when you ask for a withdrawal from the Casino.
Once your documents have been verified and safely stored in our databases, you will not be requested to send them again.
As soon as we have received and verified these documents, Casino Club will process any pending transaction and you will receive notification at your registered e-mail address.
If you do not wish to reveal unrelated information contained in these documents, you may cross out information that does not concern Casino Club.
